True happiness begins with how we see ourselves. In this session, we’ll reflect on what happiness really means and explore simple, practical ways to cultivate mindfulness in everyday life.
A cluttered mind can lead to stress, anxiety, and disconnection. One powerful way to reduce mental clutter is through mindful listening: Clear Your Mind, Deepen Your Connections. In this session, we'll explore how to truly listen - to others and to yourself - and how this practice can calm the mind, strengthen relationships, and create more space for peace and happiness in your life.
This free online workshop explores practical Buddhist wisdom for everyday life. Through Ven. Pomnyun Sunim’s teachings and group reflections, you’ll gain valuable tools to enhance your well-being, improve your relationships, change your habits, and reduce your stress.
Anyone is welcome. No prior experience with Buddhism, meditation, or mindfulness is needed—just bring an open mind.

Pomnyun Sunim’s mission is to help individuals to cultivate inner peace while contributing to the well-being of others and the planet.
