Q: We all have desires and goals and we take inspired actions towards these goals. More recently I've been coming across this concept of letting go. My question to you is, what is our relationship of letting go as it pertains to your desires or your goals and the actions you take...So I am just trying to figure out how to incorporate or if at all this letting go concept can help the fulfillment of our ambitions. If so, how we can do that?<\/p>\n","post_title":"How Can We Incorporate Letting Go into Our Life?","post_excerpt":"","post_status":"publish","comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","post_password":"","post_name":"how-can-we-incorporate-letting-go-into-our-life","to_ping":"","pinged":"","post_modified":"2021-05-14 00:47:11","post_modified_gmt":"2021-05-14 00:47:11","post_content_filtered":"","post_parent":0,"guid":"https:\/\/www.jungtosociety.org\/demo2021\/?p=3599","menu_order":0,"post_type":"post","post_mime_type":"","comment_count":"0","filter":"raw"},{"ID":3587,"post_author":"2","post_date":"2021-03-27 22:51:31","post_date_gmt":"2021-03-27 22:51:31","post_content":"\n

Q: My question is about non-attachment and goals in life. I have noticed that having goals in relationship or career can bring a lot of stress. For example, when I was applying to do my exchange in Korea, I was worried something might go wrong with my application and I have a lot of stress. And I learned that not being attached to things could bring happiness and less stress but I still think I still have to have some goals that I want to achieve in my life. So how would it be possible to combine these two things in my everyday life?<\/p>\n","post_title":"How Can I Have Goals in Life without Getting Attached?","post_excerpt":"","post_status":"publish","comment_status":"closed","ping_status":"open","post_password":"","post_name":"how-can-i-have-goals-in-life-without-getting-attached","to_ping":"","pinged":"","post_modified":"2021-05-14 01:00:12","post_modified_gmt":"2021-05-14 01:00:12","post_content_filtered":"","post_parent":0,"guid":"https:\/\/www.jungtosociety.org\/demo2021\/?p=3587","menu_order":0,"post_type":"post","post_mime_type":"","comment_count":"0","filter":"raw"}],"next":false,"prev":false,"total_page":1},"paged":1,"column_class":"jeg_col_2o3","class":"jnews_block_37"};
